The Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Winning Women Asia-Pacific Conference recently took place in Kuala Lumpur, gathering inspiring female entrepreneurs under the theme Future Focused.
The event explored key topics such as AI, global expansion and talent challenges, offering opportunities for networking and knowledge sharing. Among the notable speakers were Sandra Wanduragala (Founder of Selyn Exporters) and Selyna Peiris (Director of Business Development of Selyn).
Sri Lanka’s Sandamini Perera (Co-founder and Executive Chairperson of Prime Group) was part of the 2024 cohort. With over 25 years’ experience, she has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth – including its 2021 listing on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
