Delete your LMDi account & data

This page lets users of LMDi (by LMD) request permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Steps to request deletion

  1. Enter the email address registered to your LMDi account below.
  2. Add your username and any details that help us locate your account.
  3. Submit the form. We verify ownership, then permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

Data that is deleted
  • Personal info — name, email address, username, country, user IDs

Requests are processed within 30 days. You can also email support@lmd.lk.
